Simon has 15 years of transformation experience from within the banking industry where he, among other positions, was the Executive Vice President of Business Development with primary focus on business model innovation, end-to-end digitalization and regulatory implementation. He received his M.S. from the Technical University of Denmark in Engineering and Robotics before going to IMD for Strategic Finance, and then MIT Sloan School of Management.

This presentation will give insights into the scaling of Agreena, a climate tech company, specializing in carbon farming and providing finance to support the agricultural transition. In the last three years, Agreena has established itself as the world’s leading soil carbon platform, helping farmers transition profitably to regenerative practices and supporting companies in reaching their sustainability goals.
